NETWARE (BVI) Ltd is a Private Investment Company specialized in early stage business support for telecom and technology sector opportunities.
Our founders led by Mr Ramzi Mansour are reputable and renowned telecommunications and technology sector experts whose contribution of expertise, experience, business, commercial and financial skills has inspired successful outcomes in various companies they have been associated with – mainly as founders/seed investors and often as consultancy experts who also get remunerated in ownership stakes.
Although we are a BVI registered company, our operational and business activities are performed from our Cape Town South Africa office location.

We receive a pipeline of propositions through our network of industry contacts – often entrepreneurs simply looking for a savvy investor prepared to take risks on novel ideas or ways of doing something worthwhile, that involves using modern technology and communications systems. At Netware we evaluate the proposition using our ever evolving criteria that is anchored around the following basic tenets:
