We are a Private Investment Company specialised in early stage business support for telecoms and technology sector opportunities.

Ramzi Mansour

Ramzi’s business activities has allowed him to hold substantial interests in various segments of high impact firms which he either co-founded or invested at early stages.

He is involved: in the FinTech sector through holdings Entersekt International ( link to www.entersekt.com) where he also serves
as Chairman of the Board; the power sector through holdings Royal Power and Energy Limited (www.rpeltd.com);
in Digital Distribution and E-Payments through Capricorn Digital Limited (www.capricorndigi.net) – which was
acquired by MFS is 2021; in the e-Commerce sector through holdings in the Apparel – KISUA Africa (www.kisua.com) and its e-commercie and Entreprise platform Ananse (www.ananse.com); amongst several others.

In addition to his numerous Business Interests; He is an avid philanthropist. He has used formidable resources to assist in helping educate children through donations and ongoing support in the Continent of Africa. In 2020, Ramzi published a book “RESILIENCE” detailing in pictures and quotes of 42 women who have journeyed with cancer (book reference https://resiliencebook.org )link. Several thousand hard copies were donated around the world and the website(link) is available for anyone to download the book for free to help inspire others to fight the deadly Cancer Disease.

Ramzi completed his studies in Canada with a major degree in Political Science and a minor specialization in International Relations.  He currently resides with his wife and two children in Cape Town South Africa where he spends his time, unravelling new investment opportunities, improving his photography skills and providing meaningful impact to charitable causes he connects with.

Sasha Israni

Sasha Israni is an entrepreneur and investor.

He is the Promoter of the Royal Power Group of Companies, currently operating as Managing Director of the Group. As a graduate from the European Business School (UK) with several Harvard Business courses under his belt, he returned to Nigeria after spending 3 years working at Credit Suisse in London. Sasha spent his first several years back in Nigeria learning about the Nigerian market, familiarizing himself with business processes, undertaking projects as an entrepreneur and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business operating environment with a special focus on the power sector. In 2004, he formed Royal Power and Energy Ltd – a power company initially focused on providing power solutions to the service sector in Nigeria. During his tenure with RPE, Sasha has driven the company’s rapid growth to serve most tier-1 corporate clients in Nigeria.

Under his leadership, RPE has grown to be the leading power solutions provider in Nigeria and West Africa with over 80 Megawatt of generation capacity and 422 megawatt hour of storage deployed.

Within the Royal Power Group, there exist 3 entities:

  1. Royal Power and Services Limited – An asset owing company providing power and EPC services in the renewable energy field. Currently the company has over 100 locations under management.
  2. Royal Power and Energy Limited (RPE) – A company focused on power provision to banking, corporate, telecoms and additionally the government sectors.
  3. Royal Power Integrated and General Services (RPIS) – the company was founded in 2012 with a focus to build, own and operate gas power plants in Nigeria. The company has successfully commissioned a 10.6MW power plant in Lagos, Nigeria and is looking to develop a 275MW Power Plant in Lagos State.

Sasha is a member of YPO. (Young Presidents Organisation) and an investor in several businesses which span Power, Renewable Energy, Fintech, Gas processing, Lighting and infrastructure.
